Draft for review. These terms cover use of www.e-pearl.co.uk. The Pearl platform itself is licensed under a separate Master Services Agreement issued to paying customers. If you are evaluating Pearl, the MSA terms supersede this page.
By using www.e-pearl.co.uk you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Pearltech UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09833975), registered office 1st Floor Wilson House, Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1JN.
1. Using the website
You may use this website to learn about Pearl, book a demo, download resources, and contact us. You must not:
- Use the site in any unlawful way, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
- Introduce malware, trojans, viruses or any other malicious code.
- Use automated systems to access the site for content extraction or republishing without our written permission.
- Reproduce, duplicate or resell any part of the site without our written permission.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the Pearl name, product names (SAM, Atom, Pearl A2HE, Learner Find, Content Library), images and software, is the property of Pearltech UK Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

Content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not regulatory advice, legal advice, or compliance advice. 5. Comparison content
The "Pearl vs" pages on this site compare Pearl with named competitors based on publicly available product information at the date of writing. Competitors evolve their products, and our descriptions may go out of date. We aim to revise comparison pages quarterly. If you are a named competitor and believe our description is inaccurate, email sales@epearl.co.uk and we will review.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearltech UK Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
