Accessibility Statement.

This statement applies to www.e-pearl.co.uk and the Pearl product platform. Pearl is committed to making its website and platform accessible, in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Conformance status

The Pearl marketing website and product platform conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means we have followed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C at AA level for the latest version of the standard.

If you find content that is not accessible, or you need information in a different format (large print, easy read, audio), email sales@epearl.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Accessibility of Pearl relies on the following technologies, used in combination with assistive technologies:

Tested with NVDA on Windows (Chrome and Firefox), VoiceOver on macOS (Safari) and iOS, and TalkBack on Android.
