Accessibility Statement.
This statement applies to www.e-pearl.co.uk and the Pearl product platform. Pearl is committed to making its website and platform accessible, in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Conformance status
The Pearl marketing website and product platform conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means we have followed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C at AA level for the latest version of the standard.
What we do
- All text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background (3:1 for large text).
- The site is fully keyboard navigable, with visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- All non-decorative images have descriptive alt text.
- Form fields have associated labels and clear error messages.
- Headings follow a logical hierarchy (H1 to H4).
- Touch targets are at least 44×44 pixels.
- The site is responsive and usable at 200% zoom without loss of content.
- Skip-navigation links are present.
- No content relies on colour alone to convey meaning.
Known accessibility issues
We test the site regularly. Known issues we are actively working on:
- Some marketing illustrations and screenshots lack detailed long-description text. We are adding text alternatives in the next content update.
- The interactive ROI calculator and demo modal have been tested with NVDA and VoiceOver, but a small number of dynamic value updates are not yet announced via live regions. A fix is scheduled.
- Video content (when added) will require captions and transcripts. We are publishing video content with captions from launch.
Last accessibility audit: 26 May 2026, conducted internally against WCAG 2.2 AA. Next external audit scheduled for Q4 2026.
